We are proud to announce that Jane was awarded the designation of Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. In addition to an extensive application process, Jane had to document nearly 3000 hours of coaching. In the growing coaching profession, there are many who call themselves coaches, but very few who have committed to the training, supervision, hours and ethical code of the MCC. We believe it makes a difference and so do our clients.
Events
Jane is co-hosting a monthly call on the Enneagram and Coaching. The calls are part of the Coaches Training Institute Community and are held the third Tuesday of every month at 10am PST. Each month an Enneagram Type is introduced and discussed. This is a wonderful way to get some enneagram instruction in a relaxed, informative, and interactive format. There are exemplars of the type on the call who can speak from the narrative tradition. Everyone is welcome to "attend." Joni and Jane's work connecting Coaching with the Enneagram was very well received at the monthly meeting of the Marin Coaches Alliance in Novato, California on April 2nd. The room full of coaches participated in a typing exercise and in learning how Jane actively uses this self-awareness information with her clients.
